Once completed, I will send you a quick snapshot of paperwork needed before scheduling our face-to-face consult. A scheduled date and time to meet for either a 30 minute or 1 hours session.

Once you have filled out and returned the paperwork provided, if you decide to move forward. There is an initial appointment for 1 hour to get a true understanding and to process through the information provided in your words. 

Scheduled coaching sessions

These appointments will be anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes each unless you specify otherwise up to 1 hour.

One session (1 hour session)

$75 USD

Three (3) Sessions

$200 USD

Includes up to 3 (three)- 30 minute to 1 hour sessions to be scheduled in a six (6) month period.

Six (6) sessions

$360 USD

Includes up to 6 (Six)- 30 minute to 1 hour sessions to be scheduled as needed in a year.

Decision to continue coaching with me once purchased sessions have run out will be discussed.

Rescheduling available up to 24 hours in advance, will only reschedule once for initial consult.
